Product prices and available payment methods are displayed on our website and during checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes shown during checkout form part of the order total. Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping under our current shipping policy.

We may correct genuine pricing, listing, or availability errors. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and explain available options. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed to a carrier, changes may no longer be possible through our normal process.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including agreeing to a delay or canceling for a prompt refund when required.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping; applicable shipping charges for other orders are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Depending on product availability and destination, orders may be fulfilled through our own or partner facilities. We do not represent that every order ships from a U.S. warehouse.

7. Returns and Refunds
